Senior Engineers (Energy Services)

 

Requirements

- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Civil) or property management

- Min. 3 years’ experience in green building projects (GBI/LEED) or equivalent

- Those who is an Accredited GBI Facilitator will have an added advantage

- Excellent communication skills

- Self motivated and able to work independently or in a team

- Credit in English and Maths a pre-requisite

- Hardworking and result-oriented

 

Job Responsibilities :-

- Possess strong leadership skills and able to lead interim Commissioning Team towards fulfilling Enhanced

  Commissioning deliverables towards Green Building certification

- Liaise with Clients on project progress, including attending meetings and queries, analysis of data and

  documentation, and preparation of reports

- Carry out field works, analyse and report on findings resulting from Energy Audit studies and/or projects

- Carry out R&D on emerging Energy Efficiency (EE) and Renewable Energy (RE) technologies in the marketplace,

  both domestically and internationally

- Active participation in company activities

- Willing to work off office hours where required

- Assist in implementation of energy management system within organisation

 

 


 

 

Engineers / Facilities Executives (Klang Valley / Penang)

 

Requirements

- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Civil) or property management

- Min. 2 years’ experience in facilities management or maintenance of high rise buildings

- Excellent communication skills

- Self motivated and able to work independently or in a team

- Credit in English and Maths a pre-requisite

- Hardworking and result-oriented

Job Responsibilities :-

- To assist Facilities Manager in overall operations and maintenance of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) system for   high rise building or plant maintenance services

- To assist Facilities Manager in optimisation of people, equipment and facilities and propose solutions that best

  meet the customer’s needs

- Develop and implement standard operating procedure (SOP) on maintenance of M&E equipment

- Develop and implement effective preventive maintenance programs for the M&E equipment

- Provide technical support and carries out periodic audit to ensure compliance to procedure and legislative

  requirement

- Provide close supervision to sub contractors on building maintenance management according to contract

  requirement (cleaners, security, landscape services, etc)

- Assist in planning and execution of special projects, implements and produce reports

 

 


 

 

MIS Executive

 

Requirements

- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in related field

- Proficient in the following: HTML, C++, VB Net, ASP, XML Web Services, SQL Server, JAVA, PHP, etc

- Knowledge in website design, software design, improvement and implementation techniques, thorough

  understanding of design patterns and their application in software development

- Possess excellent problem solving and analytical skills

- Able to work with minimum supervision, as well as able to contribute to team development

- Working knowledge of Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) would be an asset

- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities

- Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment

- Excellent Malay/English oral and written communication skills

- A results oriented individual who thrives working in a fast paced environment

 

Job Responsibilities

A. General IT

- Knowledge in Windows Server 2000/2003/2008, MS SQL Server 2000/2008 & Crystal Report

- Ensure maximum server uptime and performance, hands-on server administration (monitoring, troubleshooting

  and maintenance) which include but are not limited to, Data backup & restore, System security

  patching, Capacity Management, Operational procedure documentation, Upgrade planning, Security scan

  closures

- Infrastructure network services administration (e.g., TCP/IP, Active Directory, GPO, DHCP, DNS, FTP, Terminal

  Service, Load balancer, VPN, Firewall, Anti-virus, and VOIP)

- Good knowledge in PC hardware, software, license maintenance

- Provide technical support to end-users, which includes dealing with operational problems such as hardware

  faults, printing and software incompatibilities

- Install, configure and deploy new desktop systems, including PCs, Notebooks and associated peripherals

- Provide technical support to standard software, e.g. Outlook-Express email, MS Office application, Microsoft

  Family Products, Sage Payroll, Quick Pay payroll system, SQL Accounting and other related software

- Assist and resolve internal end-user LAN/ WIFI connectivity & cabling problems, PABX, CCTV and other IT

  technical matters

- Help to source for computer hardware and software

- Align and support to IT project plans and implementation

- Propose and develop new possible and potential IT system

 

B. Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

- Involve in a new system development project

- Conduct business requirement studies, analysis, design and programming tasks to achieve the desired results

  expected by the business, within the budget and project schedules

- Participate in reviewing the existing software, recommend solutions and customised it to meet business/clients’

  requirement

- Develop test plans and cases, as well as the technical and functional documentations according to the adopted

  methodologies

- Collaborate with vendors/partners (if any) to ensure that the system’s delivery meets the business

  specifications

- Provide post-implementation maintenance and support

- Involve in development of application projects (i.e. analyse, design, develop and deployment).

- Familiar with a variety of technology related to concepts, practices, and procedures.

- Ability to work effectively in team

 

 


 

 

Sales / Marketing Executive

 

Requirements

- Degree in Business Management, Commerce, Economics, Marketing or equivalent

- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English

- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

 

Job Responsibilities :-

- Assist in establishing strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services

- Develop and execute marketing programs to achieve stated objectives regarding revenue, profitability, and

  marketshare

- Help to manage marketing budget

- Plan and oversee execution of promotional activities including print, electronic media, trade shows, direct

  mail, point-of-purchase displays, and signage

- Negotiate contract terms with external agencies and suppliers

- Communicate with external advertising agencies on ongoing campaigns

- Manage development, production, and distribution of promotional and collateral materials to support marketing

  programs

- Analyse marketing programs and adjust strategies and tactics to increase effectiveness

- Plan and conduct market research to identify opportunities for increased sales

- Maintain customer database and approve the use of internal and external mailing lists

- Review analysis of marketing surveys on current and new services concepts in order to recommend future   

  service development

- Provide post-event reports, analysis, and regular status reports on sales and marketing programs

- Establish and maintain consistent corporate image throughout service and product lines, promotional materials,
