Savings are guaranteed and capped for a typical contract duration of 3 - 5 years.

However, the energy savings will vary according to changes in tariff rate, operating schedule and installation of new equipment.

All energy efficiency measures are implemented without compromising the comfort, efficiency, safety and quality of building and equipments.
